At the regularly scheduled monthly meeting of Community Board Five on Thursday, February 14, 2013, the Board passed the following resolution by a vote of 31 in favor; 1 opposed; 1 abstaining:

WHEREAS, These events have been held for many years without incident; and

WHEREAS, The sponsors are all not for profit entities and abide by Community Board Five's Street Activity Permit Policies; therefore be it,

RESOLVED, Community Board Five recommends approval of the above-mentioned 40 applications for a street festival.
