The committee is requesting comment on the following liquor license applications and asks for comment to be submitted by email to office @cb5.org or telephone at 212 465 0907: 

 
  • Bryant Park, 42 W 42nd st: a  new application at the stated location. The new bar has planned outdoor operating hours of 4pm -11pm everyday with entertainment level lie and recorded music.
  • 127 W 28th st: a new liquor license at the stated location. The outdoor rooftop bar has planned operating hours of 11:30am-12am Sunday-Thursday and 11:30am-1am Friday-Saturday with some background level recorded music.
  • 123 E 24th Sta new liquor license at the stated location. The comedy club/theater has proposed indoor operating hours of 9am--4am Monday--Sunday, with background level noise from productions. 

  • 230 Park Ave South, 13th & 14th Floors: a new catering liquor license at the stated location. The catering establishment proposes hosting private events only, with events going no later than 10pm. The establishment will utilize the 14th Floor rooftop and have background level, recorded music.
