Community Board Five is seeking public comment on the pending liquor licenses under consideration:
  • 1204 Broadway - An application by Glass Ceiling Events LLC (the Glass Ceiling) to add liquor to their operation as well as non-amplified Live Music and a change in hours from a 9pm closing to 1am closing on Fridays and Saturdays. The operation includes rooftop premises.
  • 381 Park Avenue South - An application by Sarabeth's PAS LLC (Sarabeth's) to add an outdoor cafe to their liquor license under the Department of Transportation's Open Restaurants Program. 
  • 49 West 20th Street - An application by Jade Farm LLC (Jue Lan Club) to renew their liquor license.
  • 20 West 20th Street - A new application by Twenty West Partners Inc for a "gentlemen's club/ first class lounge establishment."  The operation would include a DJ, employee dancing, exotic dancing, topless entertainment and security personnel.
