         seeking public comment on the following applications at this time: 
  • 933 Broadway (application by 933 Broadway Entertainment LLC, dba "The Journey by Il Piccolo Ristoro") for a new liquor license at this location. This license would permit live music and would extend to a patio/deck and sidewalk cafe.
  • 315 5th Avenue (application by New Seasons 32 Inc., dba "The Bentos") a new wine, beer and cider license at this location.
  • 455 Madison Avenue (application by Bacchus, LLC, dba "Lotte New York Palace Hotel") a new liquor license at a hotel and restaurant at this location. This license would extend to all floors of the building, including an outdoor rooftop and garden grounds, and would permit a DJ, Karaoke and live music.
