  • 550 Madison Avenue is applying to modify the design and configuration of their Privately Owned Public Spaces (POPS). This includes a minor modification to a special permit for a covered pedestrian space and a certification to eliminate arcade areas.
  • 1162 Broadway, application for an amendment of the bulk variance granted in 2015, to allow construction of a 14-story hotel building that would rise without setback at the street wall, be amended to change the building to office use now that hotel use is no longer permitted as-of-right in the M1 district, and would reduce the overall height of the building to 13 stories, thereby reducing the degree of the waiver granted. 
  • Discussion and update on mandatory open space at Waldorf Astoria
