• Application for a holiday market booth to be set up on December 6th in the southeast plaza of Bryant Park.  The booth would promote "Flaviar," a membership service for premium whiskey delivery.
• Application for a newsstand at the southeast corner of 8th Avenue and West 36th Street (in front of 500 8th Avenue).
• Application by Amazon Handmade for a farmer's market in Bryant Park on December 6th and 7th, 2019.  The activation will feature booths inside a popup structure to sell products.
• Application by Oreo to set up an immersive Oreo House structure in Bryant Park on December 14th.  The activation will feature samples of product and a photo opportunity.
• Application by Red Bull North America to host a promotional event on the Byrant Park ice rink, for the launch of a product, December 4th.   Event will feature hockey player.

• The Dept of City Planning (DCP) is proposing an extension of the Union Sq Special District to require a special permit for new hotel development, conversions or enlargements.
• 550 Madison Avenue is applying to modify the design and configuration of their Privately Owned Public Spaces (POPS). This includes a minor modification to a special permit for a covered pedestrian space and a certification to eliminate arcade areas.
• 1162 Broadway, application for an amendment of the bulk variance granted in 2015, to allow construction of a 14-story hotel building that would rise without setback at the street wall, be amended to change the building to office use now that hotel use is no longer permitted as-of-right in the M1 district, and would reduce the overall height of the building to 13 stories, thereby reducing the degree of the waiver granted.
