CB5 District Survey

CB5 DISTRICT NEEDS AND BUDGET PRIORITIES SURVEY

Each year, community boards throughout the city put together a Needs Statement and a list of Budget Priorities for their district. CB5 is beginning that process for our district. We welcome and ask for your participation by filling out a SURVEY to help us gauge and prioritize the needs for our district.
