Please note that the second public hearing has been set for January 20th, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, utilizing the Zoom video communications and teleconferencing platform, to consider:  (a) the proposed adopted General Project Plan for the proposed Pennsylvania Station Area Civic and Land Use Improvement Project [formerly known as the Empire Station Complex Civic and Land Use Improvement Project]; (b) the ESD Staff’s Proposed Revisions to the adopted General Project Plan; and (c) the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (“DEIS”) for the Project.  Sign up here to attend the  virtual public hearing.
