• A special permit pursuant to Section 74-711 and 81-277 of the Zoning Resolution to allow the distribution of floor area on the zoning lot without regard to zoning district boundaries and the modification of height and setback, pedestrian circulation, and rear yard equivalent regulations, in connection with the use of approximately 275,000 square feet from St. Thomas Church (678 Fifth Avenue, Block 1269, Lot 30).
• Fashion Institute of Technology application for a Board of Standards and Appeals special permit, pursuant to Section 73-64 of the Zoning Resolution of the City of New York, to facilitate the development on the south side of West 28th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues of an approximately 98,000 square foot, 10-story building adjacent to FIT's existing "C" building.
