Robin Stout, President of Moynihan Station Development Corp, and Andy Lynn, of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, will report on and answer questions about the start of Phase I of the development of Moynihan Station.  The Empire State Development Corporation, which is the state agency in charge of the project, has approved a General Project Plan and Technical Memorandum for Phase I to move forward.  

[NOTE: A public hearing on these documents and Phase I will be held on Wednesday, April 28 from 4 - 8 pm at the Farley Post Office Building, 380 West 33rd Street, Room 4500]
